About Self-Storage at U-Haul
This U-Haul sits near South Arizona Avenue in Sun Lakes, close to Chandler and Loop 202. Both indoor and outdoor storage are offered, and the vehicle storage side covers RVs and boats alongside regular self-storage units. Security cameras are on site and access runs around the clock. Climate-controlled units are available if you want your rig out of the Arizona heat. There is also a wash mentioned among the amenities, plus packing and moving supplies if you are mid-move. Reviewers consistently praise the staff. One described an employee as polite and helpful while sorting out RV space after a cross-country arrival. Another called the place clean and safe after three months in a 10x20 unit. A reviewer confused about after-hours access said an employee explained it, though they wanted better signage at the entrances. With nine reviews and a perfect rating, the feedback is small in number but positive.

“The U-Haul on Riggs and Arizona is fantastic. We used a 10x20 storage until for 3 months after a cross country move. Everything is clean and safe. The staff are helpful and friendly. 100 recommend.” – Mike E., a month ago, on Google
“I was a little confused about after hours access. An employee explained and that helped. Better signage at every entrance would help.” – Violet Z., a year ago, on Google
