Self-Storage at U-Haul

About Self-Storage at U-Haul

This U-Haul spot on the Telegraph Road corridor in Taylor handles both indoor units and outdoor drive-up space, so there is room for an RV, boat, or trailer alongside regular household storage. Access is available around the clock, cameras watch the property, and climate control is an option if you want it. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name, especially Dawn and Brittany, and describe them as friendly, patient, and willing to work with people during hard stretches like a death in the family or a late payment. One person said the crew called as soon as a bigger unit opened up. The facility itself gets called clean and easy to get into. Not every review is glowing. One customer was upset that nobody phoned after their unit was broken into, and only found out on a visit. Worth knowing before you sign. Online payments and contact-free rental are part of the setup, and moving supplies are sold on site.
