About Self Storage Plus
Self Storage Plus sits on Shawnee Rd in Alexandria, and the place gets mostly solid marks. Reviewers mention a clean facility and staff who take time with you; one person said Justin walked them through several unit sizes before they picked one. It is climate controlled, well lit, and has elevators plus moving carts for the haul upstairs. Entry runs through an electronic gate with cameras watching the property. The newer building comes up a lot in the feedback, and so does the elevator access. Rentals can be started online, and packing supplies are sold on site. Not every review is kind. Some people gripe about mice and rats, trash left by other tenants, and a primary elevator whose lights stayed out. Lighting in the lot drew a complaint too. A few renters were unhappy with rate increases and with reaching a person at the office. It is worth a walk-through before you sign, and the reviews show why.
