About Self Storage Plus
This Self Storage Plus sits in Kensington, a short drive from DC and I-495. Reviews mention the location as easy to reach and say the buildings and units stay clean and well cared for. The place runs climate controlled units, standard units and drive-up units, plus dollies and moving carts, packing supplies and online payments. The property is gated and lit, with cameras and 24/7 monitoring, and tenants get all-hours access. There is also a free moving trailer. Reviewers talk up a nice office and kind staff, and Sam the manager comes up by name for being easy to work with and quick to sort out problems. Not every review is glowing. Some long-term renters say the rate climbed a lot after a change in ownership and that service slipped. If cost is a deciding factor, ask how the rate is set before you sign.
