Seneca Storage

About Seneca Storage

Seneca Storage is a self-storage facility in Canastota, New York, with outdoor storage listed for RVs, boats and automobiles alongside regular household storage. It is family of categories rather than a single-purpose lot, so you can park a rig and a boat in the same place. Reviews land in the middle, 4.1 stars over 15 of them. People who liked it mention decent prices, staff who answer the phone so you can actually rent, and a clean lot with a pleasant person at the counter. One reviewer summed it up as the only spot around with fair rates. Others are blunt: the outdoor grounds need some TLC, and more than one person says the phone goes unanswered. The sharpest review is worth reading before you commit. A customer reported a break-in and a substantial loss, said security measures like surveillance cameras were lacking, and was unhappy with how management communicated afterward. Cameras are listed as an amenity, and that review is the reason to ask about them directly when you visit.
