About Sheboygan Self Storage - East
Sheboygan Self Storage - East offers covered, indoor and outdoor storage, plus heated units for the colder months. The site is gated with cameras, and staff get consistent praise in reviews for being helpful. Several reviewers name Amanda and Ivy specifically for patience and calm problem-solving. It is not a perfect spot. One reviewer found mold and standing water, another had a unit locked without notice, and a third was given the wrong unit size on the first try. Garbage and upkeep come up too. Navigation inside confused more than one first-timer, though a garage door and elevator help with loading. Heated and climate options are worth asking about if you are storing anything sensitive. Online and contactless rentals are available. The facility serves Sheboygan, Sheboygan Falls and Plymouth.

“It's a bit creepy and confusing to navigate at first. I'm not sure if the inside is a work in progress and they are gonna continue to brighten the place up but there's a garage door you can take your stuff out of your vehicle through and…” – Max A., 2 years ago, on Google
“Pretty decent. Tho had an issue when I got my first unit. It was NOT the 5x10 I signed up for. It was more like 10x3'3". Not the first time this happened to me here. Then there was the huge hassle and time to get an actual 5x10.” – Casey S., Edited a year ago, on Google
“Amanda went above and beyond as a manager. Her ability to work through property challenges in a calm and empathetic nature is quite rare. I highly recommend Sheboygan Self Storage and will use them again if the need were to arise.” – Jessica B., 4 months ago, on Google
