About Shield Storage
Shield Storage sits on Loma Rica Drive in Grass Valley, a self-storage spot that also lists covered RV storage. The gate is locked and cameras run 24/7, with daily access for tenants. Online booking and autopay are offered, and they take all major credit cards. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One person said the manager walked them through the contract and out to the unit. Another called the signup smooth and the startup fees clear. Cleanliness comes up often too, and a few folks mention easy access and feeling safe on site. Not every review is glowing. A couple of people said their autopay info vanished and they got hit with late fees, which they tie to rate hikes. Others said spaces measured smaller than expected and rates went up after the switch from the old name. The gate has glitched for some. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign.
