About Small Storage
Small Storage keeps things simple. Reviewers describe a basic rental agreement: name, unit size, phone number, done. Several mention the price as the main draw, saying it runs cheaper than other places around Spartanburg. One calls it the best deal in town. The office staff gets steady praise. People mention Chelsey by name and call the folks there polite and easy to work with. It's a family-owned business, and more than one reviewer says they wouldn't store anywhere else. Units are described as clean, with no bugs and a range of sizes. RV and boat storage are both listed, along with portable storage, climate control, alarm monitoring, and packing supplies. The 4.3 rating comes from 12 Google reviews. The place does keep set hours rather than staying open around the clock. One reviewer had a rough experience, saying they felt rushed during a visit and would have gone elsewhere. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit.
