About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Colorado Springs and serves Knob Hill, Cimarron Hills and Stratmoor. It's a self-storage spot that also handles vehicle and boat storage, with climate-controlled and drive-up units among the options. The lot has a gate, cameras and wide driveways for getting a rig in and out. Reviews land at 4.8 from more than 1,400 people, and a lot of them name Brandy at the front office. They describe her as kind, patient and honest, and several mention she stayed past closing to help. Others call out the spacious units, the easy rental process and the prices. The drive-up setup gets some credit too. A few reviews warn about timing. The office closes at 6, and you need to check in with an ID for a gate code, so arriving late can cost you a day. One long-term customer had a rough time merging two accounts. Worth knowing before you sign.

“I've only just rented a unit so we will see how it goes. However, Mandy (or Brandy??)was awesome in getting me all set up. She was a pleasure to visit with as she processed my paperwork and took my payments.” – Deanna S., 4 months ago, on Google
“Brandy was great. Had a complicated situation with movers and showing up too early so I was worried that whoever came in would not be too happy to get me set up, but she was in a great mood, happy to help and answer any questions I had.” – Loui L., 2 months ago, on Google
“Brandy is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me get My rent paid. She even stayed a few minutes past closing to make sure I was good to go! The was kind and patient! I would recommend this storage facility because of her !” – Jessica B., 5 months ago, on Google
