About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Delray Beach and pulls customers from Highland Beach, Kings Point and High Point. Reviews pile up around the staff. People name Ricky and Laganda for being kind, patient and quick with paperwork, even in the rain. One reviewer called the place well cared for and said it smells clean. Another described the rental process as easy and the facility as secure. The property has cameras, climate-controlled units and wide driveways. Services cover self storage, vehicle storage and moving supplies. Wheelchair access is available at the entrance and parking lot. Not every review is glowing. One tenant complained about a leaking roof that stained belongings and said management did not call back. Another found a staff member rude. The rating stays high overall, but read the recent reviews yourself before you sign.

What renters mention
“We have been here for years now but it wasn’t until Lagaenda and her assistance and help with our recent storage needs, where we are happy! She went above and beyond to help me and took her time with us too on this additional unit.” – Christine P., 5 months ago, on Google
“Easy access and clean facilities. The man that rented and opened the unit for me was very helpful and pleasant. His boss was not nearly as pleasant when my movers and I came later to drop off 2 couches.” – Ballard R., 5 months ago, on Google
“Even in the pouring rain, Ricky was prompt to register me and help get my unit in order (in the pouring rain!!) + was courteous and professional handling my registration.” – Gabriel L., 6 months ago, on Google
