About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage on Evergreen Way serves Everett and nearby areas like Cascade View and Eastmont. They offer drive-up units, climate-controlled storage, and parking for RVs and boats. The property has video surveillance and wide driveways that make it easier to maneuver a big rig. Reviewers often mention the staff by name. T.J. gets called out for walking people through the rental process and honoring online deals. The property is described as clean, and the first month free is a real draw. But not every review is positive. One reviewer reported a break-in and said the gate had been broken for two weeks. Another said the unit wasn't cleaned before move-in and had a moldy smell. If you're parking an RV or boat, it's worth asking about gate status and unit condition before you sign. The office isn't open 24/7, so check hours before you head over. The facility is wheelchair accessible and LGBTQ+ friendly.
