About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Humble and serves Atascocita, Harmaston and Kingwood. Units are climate controlled, cameras watch the property, and the driveways are wide enough to swing a rig around. Vehicle storage is one of the options, alongside drive-up units and moving supplies if you need boxes. Most of the 808 Google reviews mention the staff by name, and Tasha comes up again and again. People describe her as patient, upfront about pricing, and quick to answer questions. A few mention reserving online and finishing the paperwork in the office without a runaround. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about rates climbing and a gate left on the ground. Another described a damage claim that paid out far less than the loss. Worth reading the fine print on insurance before you sign.
