About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage on the south side of Phoenix serves Central City, Ahwatukee, and South Mountain Village. The place is gated with cameras, and many units are climate controlled. Wide driveways make it easier to pull a rig in and out. Reviewers often mention the staff by name and call them kind and helpful. One long-term renter said customer service there is some of the best they have had. Others note the property stays clean. A few mention gate or building doors getting stuck open. Some reviewers warn about promotional pricing that ends after three months and yearly increases. One person was hit with a large late fee after a family death. If you rent here, read the lease terms and ask how the promo works. The facility offers vehicle storage and moving supplies.
