About Sonoma RV Storage
Sonoma RV Storage is an outdoor lot for RVs and boats in Sonoma, California. It holds a 3.9-star rating from 30 Google reviews, so you get a mix of experiences. Reviewers often mention security, though some say the gate code stopped working and the listed hours were off. One noted the actual gate access ends at 8 p.m., not 9. Another described the lot as out in the open but secure enough after 10 months. Price comes up. Some call it cheaper than other options, while one said it's higher for a 22-foot camper than elsewhere in the county. A reviewer also flagged flooding in some areas after heavy rain. Customer service gets criticized in several reviews, with long wait times for callbacks.

“I am sitting here now waiting for a call back from them because suddenly my code does not work. No one usually answers the phone so it's a bit frustrating. Other than that, it is an out in the open storage place that seems secure.” – Victoria W., Edited 2 years ago, on Google
“Gee! I sure wish I had taken your advice when I had my RV taken to a private storage in Santa Rosa! It has been ONLY 6 months and our beautiful RV has been destroyed completely by rats, garbage and just about everything else. I am livid!” – Teri R., Edited 6 years ago, on Google
“We have been renting with Sonoma Storage since 2019. The security and welcoming attendance given to us, by the owners, is so reassuring. We feel very safe and well taken care of.” – Diane D., 3 years ago, on Google
