About SpareBox Storage
SpareBox Storage runs a self-storage facility on the self-storage side in Elyria, Ohio. Google reviewers give it 4.6 stars across 160 reviews, and the company identifies as veteran-owned and women-owned. The site handles self storage, with online payments and touchless online rentals if you'd rather set things up without standing at a counter. Reviews mention small units most often, with affordability and unit size coming up too. A few people note the secure site, and one reviewer said the larger unit they rented served their needs perfectly. Staff get named in the comments, including Ashanti, Nesh and Sherika, mostly for making move-out and account setup simple. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about a rate increase after six months, and another said the website price didn't match what they were charged. Access isn't 24 hours. The lot is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking, though the restroom is not. Worth a look if you're parking a rig or clearing out a garage in Elyria.
