About SpareBox Storage
SpareBox Storage sits in Georgetown and pulls customers from Serenada, Walburg, Weir, Jonah, Hutto and Round Rock. It's a self-storage place with gated access and surveillance cameras, and they rent drive-up units plus temperature-controlled ones. The property is veteran-owned and women-owned. There's no office on site, so you handle things through a call center or kiosk. Reviewers often call the rental process easy, especially online. One person booked an RV space entirely online but got the wrong size; a staff member named Dej fixed it fast. Others praise Monica for walking them through the details. On the flip side, some reviews mention rude service and a rat problem in one unit. Another reviewer noted a hole in the fence and said the area has crime. Rent increases came up too. The good reviews point to clean units, a free lock, and affordability. A few mention a discount or first month free. If you need a spot for your rig, it's worth a call to check availability and current pricing.

What renters mention
“Monica was amazing! She had a lot of patience with me and I really appreciate it!” – Dovie P., a year ago, on Google
“I did the entire rental for my RV space online. It was easy. Unfortunately, I was assigned an incorrect size space. Too small! I called and got Dej. She was amazing and immediately took care of the issue and got me the correct size space.” – DeAnna D., a year ago, on Google
“Easy as 1 2 3 to rent a storage unit here. A few online papers, and then go to the facility with your gate code and your unit. So, easy. No live person to deal with. Great experience, to be fair.” – COWBOY R., 7 months ago, on Google
