About SpareBox Storage
SpareBox Storage in Kalamazoo offers RV storage alongside self storage and boat storage. The facility is gated and has a 4.5-star rating from 209 Google reviews. Reviewers often mention the pleasant staff, with several calling out helpful agents by name. One reviewer said they secured a spot on a Sunday when their RV wouldn't fit in the driveway. They had trouble finding their spot at first because it wasn't labeled, but after that it was easy to get in and out. Another reviewer described the location as extremely clean and secure, with an organized lot and simple one-way traffic. Not every review is positive. One person reported cockroaches in their unit and said the property manager didn't return their call. Others mentioned issues with the rental process and phone support, though some had problems resolved by staff. The facility offers climate-controlled units and online payments. If you're considering it, the reviews suggest service is usually helpful but worth checking the specifics of your spot.
