About SpareBox Storage
SpareBox Storage in Lorain handles more than household goods. The facility also offers automobile, boat, and RV storage, so you can park your rig without squeezing it into a driveway. It's veteran-owned and women-owned, and the office has hours if you want to talk to someone in person. Reviewers often mention the staff. Dej was called helpful and efficient when answering questions, and Siddony, Akela, and Rod got praise for being informative and patient. Quick rentals and easy cancellations come up too. Not every review is positive. Some people complain about rent increases, and one mentions a break-in and another a lock issue. Cameras are on site, and online payments and touchless rentals are available. The property is wheelchair accessible. If you need climate-controlled space, ask about it when you call.
