About SpareBox Storage
SpareBox Storage sits on Ritchie Road in Lorena, an easy stop for locals who don't want to haul into the city for a unit. The place is contactless, so you rent online and get clear instructions to get in. Reviewers say renting takes minutes, and one family grabbed a unit in the middle of the night. Folks store boats and RVs here on outdoor spots. The staff get named in reviews more than anything else, with Natiesha and Ashanti singled out for being polite and making move-outs easy. Others mention the gated setup feels safe and that the rental process is simple. Not every review is glowing. Some renters complain about yearly rate increases, and one boat owner is unhappy about paying more for an uncovered spot on rough asphalt. A few wish there were more carts around for hauling loads. Overall it scores 4.6 from 110 reviews.
