About SpareBox Storage
SpareBox Storage sits in Pflugerville, Texas, and rents self-storage plus spaces for RVs, boats and cars. It is a veteran-owned and women-owned business, and the location is wheelchair accessible. Google reviewers give it 4.5 stars over 215 reviews, which is a solid record for a storage lot. What comes through in the reviews is the staff. People describe pleasant, efficient help, and one reviewer credits an employee named Avaunt with laying out move-out options and walking through billing so they did not pay more than needed. Booking is often called easy and quick. A few renters mention new management and say problems got resolved. The complaints are worth knowing about. One reviewer was surprised by an insurance fee and an admin fee that only showed up at checkout. Others reported smells in the building and no on-site help at the unit. There are no restrooms on site, which one out-of-town renter found inconvenient. Storage types and hours are not listed, so call before you haul the rig over.
