About Stash-A-Way Storage
Stash-A-Way Storage sits in Terre Haute, Indiana, and runs as a gated facility with 24/7 access. Reviews call the units clean and easy to get in and out of. One customer said a manager met them on a Sunday to move into a bigger unit during an emergency, and another mentioned the place changed hands recently and added online rental and autopay. Communication is the sticking point. Several reviewers said calls, texts, emails, and voicemails went unanswered for days. One renter waited a week before getting access. Another got locked behind the gate for an hour when the power failed. Two people did get refunds, so the money side tends to work out even when the phone doesn't. Insurance comes up more than once, including a camper renter told they couldn't store there without it. Worth checking what your policy covers before you rent.
