The yard is fenced and gated with 24-hour surveillance. Reviewers repeatedly mention security and the new owners. One calls the units well maintained and management professional and fair. Another says the owners are easy to communicate with. A recent customer noted the place is clean inside and out, a change from other lots they looked at.
