About StaxUP Storage
StaxUP Storage sits in Menifee Valley right by the Escondido Freeway, drawing renters from Sun City, Perris, Murrieta, Wildomar, Winchester and Temecula. Units run from 25 to 400 square feet, so there's room for a small trailer or a full-size rig. The lot is gated, fully fenced and lit, with security cameras watching the property. Reviewers mention the staff by name, and Gabriel comes up often for walking people through U-Haul truck rentals without surprise fees. One person stored here 18 months and called the place easy to get in and out of and well maintained. Others liked booking online and renting from the mobile app. Online bill pay, autopay and contactless rentals are available if you'd rather skip the office. The 4.7 rating across 420 Google reviews says most folks leave satisfied, though at least one reviewer had a rough front-desk interaction. Call ahead for gate hours before you haul anything over.

What renters mention
“10/10 first time ever using a u haul! Such an easy process. I used the mobile app and had no issues picking up my truck. It was affordable and made moving so much easier.” – A, 6 months ago, on Google
“Renting a vehicle to move furniture seems to be such a hassle. You need to reserve it early to get what you want, the advertised price is nowhere close to what you pay because they tack on lots of fees and it’s very confusing.” – Janet D., 5 months ago, on Google
“Gabe provided excellent service at U-Haul and made the whole process quick and easy. He was professional, friendly, and knew exactly how to help with what I needed.” – Michael H., 6 months ago, on Google
