Steele Storage in Tazewell is a family-owned self-storage facility with a 4.7-star rating from 13 Google reviews. Reviewers consistently mention the place is clean and secure, with one noting the solid construction and concrete floors. The owners get praised for being genuinely nice and easy to work with. For RV owners, the standout option is the 14x35 fully enclosed unit with a 12x14 roll-up door. Electricity is available for a monthly fee. All units are drive-up accessible, and the site is fully fenced with security lighting and cameras. Access is 24/7, which several reviewers appreciate for quick trips to their rigs. Online rental and payments make the process simple, and renters insurance is available. A current promotion offers 50% off, and a summer 2026 special gives August and September half off when you rent a 14x35 unit in July. Additional buildings are being built to meet demand. One reviewer mentioned downsizing to a smaller unit with the owners' help, so if you need a different size, it's worth asking what's available.
