About StoneBrooke Self Storage
StoneBrooke Self Storage is a family owned and operated facility in Salisbury, Maryland. You can rent online anytime, and the office takes after-hours appointments by phone. Indoor units are the type mentioned here. The Google rating sits at 4.1 stars across 17 reviews, and the feedback runs both ways. One long-term renter has kept stuff there over 19 months and calls it a good safe place. Another points to the climate setup: the inside units were cold and not fully enclosed. A third suggests storing items in containers to keep rats out. Other reviewers describe scheduling trouble. One reserved a unit online, arrived during business hours, and found nobody in the office and the paid unit locked; calls went to a full voicemail. Another drove over with a U-Haul after a voicemail said the office was open and found no one there. A third says charges continued after a cancellation.
