What renters mention
“I don't know where the bad reviews come from but my experience with Russell has been top notch. I was renting a U-Haul truck in the area but it was a busy week and hence I cannot get anything in the area.” – Calvin C., 7 years ago, on Google
“I have been a customer at Russell (now MyStorage) his 9 years. I have had good service, collect security, and fair prices on my outdoor RV storage in those years. I typically paid annually for the storage lot.” – Steven L., a year ago, on Google
“I came in to get some prices on some units and miss Lorrie was so sweet and very helpful I just wish that all people in customer service would be more like Lorrie, I definitely give her 10 stars not five.” – Ruth W., a year ago, on Google
