About Stor-It Away Self Storage
Stor-It Away Self Storage on the Athol side offers climate controlled and drive-up units behind a keypad gate with video surveillance. You get alarm monitoring and carts to help move your things. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff. Wendy gets named for being helpful and friendly. One person who stored here for years said they had no issues, even when a payment slipped. Others call the place clean and the bins dry. Access is the one catch. Some reviewers wish they had 24/7 pin entry and say the posted hours are tough with a 9 to 5 job. There's a waitlist for units right now, so plan ahead if you need space soon.

What renters mention
“I've used this storage facility in the past for years and am totally disgusted with my current storage facility, All Purpose storage where I have been a 5 year autopay, monthly prepaid, on time in full every single month.” – Heather F., 5 months ago, on Google
“I’ve been storing things here for years. They’re so nice. I’ve had no issues even when I’ve forgotten to pay. Very reassuring that your possessions are safe.” – Casey G., a year ago, on Google
“They're very friendly and helpful. My only wish would be for gated pin entry so you could have 24/7 access; sometimes the hrs aren't accommodating.” – Kena R., 3 years ago, on Google
