Stor-It-Safe Self Storage, LLC

About Stor-It-Safe Self Storage, LLC

A self-storage lot in Ottawa that also takes RVs and boats, with 24-hour access if you need to get to your rig at odd hours. Reviewers mention security and cleanliness most often, and one called it safe and secure with round-the-clock entry. The place rates 4.1 across 29 Google reviews. People write about clean units and a quick, easy sign-up, and one review praised the customer service enough to say they'd come back. Others bring up snow: a reviewer noted the plow cleared the lot but left the space in front of the units piled up. Other reviews are less rosy. One person said calls rang and then dropped, several times over 15 minutes. Another described a dispute over whether they were living in their unit and said they were still waiting on money owed. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit, same as anywhere.
