About Storage 105
Storage 105 sits on a big concrete spread in Conroe with 1,200 units, and plenty of them are set up for RVs and boats. You can go covered or indoor if you want your rig out of the weather. There's an RV wash and dump station on site, plus propane filling and an air station, which saves you a trip across town before a weekend out. Reviewers often mention the staff, calling them informative and friendly. The grounds get called clean, and people like the lighting and security. One person wrote it's the nicest storage facility they've ever seen. Others point to easy access for drop-offs and competitive rates. Not everyone is happy. Some reviews complain about annual rate increases, and one person had trouble with a unit mix-up on move-in day. Another mentioned email-only invoicing and late fees. Worth reading through the recent reviews yourself before you commit.
