About Storage 199
Storage 199 is an RV and boat storage lot in Fort Worth. Some renters describe it as a mom and pop operation rather than a big commercial facility, and one long-term customer said the new owners have been great. The reviews are mixed, and the complaints are worth reading before you sign. Several people said the gate code did not work on their first trip, and one found their reserved spot taken by a boat and a car. Another reported a space that was dirt instead of asphalt, with no 30 amp electric. Security comes up more than once: one renter said their camper was broken into three times and did not find the onsite surveillance the website describes. Others said management did not return calls. The lot has covered spaces, a gate and cameras, and takes boats as well as RVs. It is gated and has posted hours, so it is not open around the clock.
