About Storage Boss
Storage Boss sits on North Morrison Boulevard in Hammond, and the reviews lean heavily on one thing: how clean the place is. Cleanliness comes up more than any other topic, and people mention the property being well-lit and secure. It is a self-storage facility that also lists boat and RV storage among its categories, so rigs have a place here alongside household goods. The manager, Ernie, shows up in review after review. People describe him walking them through unit sizes, explaining the cost, setting up an account and a payment plan, and handing over a padlock, all in about half an hour. Another reviewer said they were in and out in ten minutes. Staff come across as friendly and quick to answer questions, and the climate controlled units get mentioned as spacious and in good shape. The facility has office hours rather than 24/7 access. If you want to see a unit before committing, stop by during those hours and ask what fits your rig.
