About Storage Box Inc
Storage Box Inc is a family-owned self-storage spot in Leavenworth that also handles outdoor RV parking. The lot is lit, and the business offers online payments and online move-ins if you would rather set things up from your couch. There is a 4.2-star rating across 70 Google reviews. What comes through in the reviews is the staff. People mention helpful, understanding employees again and again, including a manager who worked with a customer after a cross-country move went sideways. One reviewer said the owner has been helpful on affordability, and another called the whole operation easy to get into. A few reviews mention late fees, double charges, and mold, so read those before you sign. Beyond RV storage, they sell moving and packing supplies, rent mailboxes, and run a shipping counter that some customers praise for staying calm during a rough day.
