About Storage Butler
Storage Butler on theFort Mill side handles more than household clutter. They rent out RV and boat parking alongside regular self-storage units, which matters if you need a spot for the rig and not just the boxes in the garage. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: the staff and the property itself. Shannon at the front desk gets named more than once, and people describe her as friendly and willing to work through a problem. Others call the place spotless, secure and well-lit. Access is 24/7 with a unique key fob for each building, so you are not racing a gate schedule when you head out. Not every review is glowing. One customer was towed from the wrong space and felt the communication beforehand fell short, though they owned the parking mistake. Worth knowing if you share a vehicle. On-site staff, pest control and online payments round it out.
