About Storage City
Storage City sits in Florence and covers both ends of the spectrum: indoor climate-controlled units and non-climate units, plus outdoor parking for rigs that don't need a roof. The lot is gated with keypad access, and cameras watch inside and outside. It's well lit too, which matters if you're pulling in after dark. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the place stays and how friendly the staff are. One person called it the nicest facility they'd ever rented from, and another said they had their unit five minutes after calling from the parking lot with a packed U-Haul. Several mention it's local and family run, and that shows in how they treat people. You can rent and pay online, or call or text if you'd rather talk to a person. There are discounts for first responders, medical personnel, veterans, military, seniors and educators.
