About Storage Depot
Storage Depot sits in Dallas, Georgia, and offers both covered and outdoor storage for rigs and trailers. The gate opens without you getting out of the vehicle, which one reviewer with a 10-foot utility trailer said made coming and going easy. The place is gated and watched by remote cameras, with unit access around the clock. Climate controlled units are available too. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name and describing them as kind and patient, and several note the process of renting and paying went smoothly. One customer said a manager drove out to the location to fix a door lock problem on his own time. It is not all praise. One person arrived near closing after reserving through U-Haul and was turned away, and wrote that they were disappointed. Customer support runs Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday hours are listed but not fully spelled out, so ask when you call.
