About Storage King USA
Storage King USA runs a self-storage facility in Allen, Texas, with climate-controlled units among the options. Security includes cameras, alarm monitoring, and video recording, and you can pay online. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site. The company says it has been in the storage business since 2003. Reviewers tend to praise the people more than the property. Dylan, Jeremy, Brandon, and Ian come up by name as professional, patient, and willing to walk you through the climate-controlled spaces before you commit. Several note the facility stays clean. One reviewer kept household goods there for a year while a house was built and said they would stay again. Not every review is warm. One renter complained of a 35 percent rate increase after four months and trouble reaching anyone by phone or chat during business hours. The location has posted hours and is not open around the clock. It sits in Allen, which suits RV owners on the north side of the Dallas area.
