About Storage King USA
Storage King USA on Garth Road in Baytown rents outdoor spaces and climate-controlled units for personal and business storage. It's been around since 2003, and the facility has alarm monitoring, moving carts, and an online payment option. Reviewers often mention the staff, especially Frenchy the office manager, for being friendly and helpful. The place gets called clean and easy to rent from, and folks appreciate the online process. Some regulars renting outdoor parking say it turns muddy after rain, making it tough to park. Others note rate increases every few months. One long-term customer reported a pest problem in their collectible items, and another was unhappy about fees for online and phone payments. It's a straightforward storage spot with a mix of good service and some maintenance and pricing complaints. If you need covered storage, ask about climate-controlled units when you call.
