About Storage King USA
This Storage King USA sits on Grant Road in Cypress and handles more than household goods. Boats and vehicles park here too, and the property is gated with lighting. Climate control is available, and the office sells packing and moving supplies. A few reviewers mention the site manager and call center staff by name as helpful, and the move-in process got called easy more than once. Rates are the sticking point. Several long-term renters say prices climbed repeatedly, one noting jumps every few months, and another pointing to potholes in the gravel lot and a broken door lock. A customer of only a couple of days reported a break-in and no after-hours number to call. Cleanliness comes up often in reviews, generally in a good way. If you want a boat spot or a climate-controlled unit, ask about current pricing up front and walk the lot before you sign.
