About Storage King USA
Storage King USA sits on LBJ Freeway in North Dallas, near Richland College and the Richardson line. It's a self-storage facility that also takes RVs and boats, with covered spots and gated entry. Cameras run around the clock and the property is lit. Reviews land around 4.1 stars from 175 people. Several mention Stephanie by name and describe how she walked them through the application, sometimes finishing the paperwork over the phone. Others call the process painless and the property clean. The price comes up often, and one reviewer said it beat a competing storage chain by half. Not every review is warm. Some complain about lighting in the units, gate hours that felt shorter than posted, and security concerns. Read the recent ones before you commit. The lot is wheelchair accessible, and there's an online rental and payment option if you'd rather not stop by the office.
