About Storage King USA
Storage King USA on 60th Street in Galveston offers self storage with climate control and alarm monitoring. Reviewers often mention Sam at the office, describing her as friendly and helpful, especially when booking a unit at the last minute. The move-in process gets called quick and easy, and the online reservation system draws several mentions. One reviewer appreciated being shown more than one unit before choosing, and another said the staff answered all questions before rental. The facility provides dollies and moving carts, and sells packing and moving supplies on site. A U-Haul rental is also available according to review topics. Not every review is positive. One person reported a ceiling collapse that damaged a dresser and said they were not allowed to use the dumpster. Another mentioned rising fees. The overall rating is 4.6 from 250 reviews, and pricing comments are mixed. Hours are posted but the location is not open 24/7.
