About Storage King USA
On Hebron Drive in Garland, this Storage King USA spot handles household, business, RV and boat storage. The gate is controlled, cameras run around the clock, and there are drive-up units along with climate-controlled ones. Access hours go from 6 AM to 10 PM, and auto-pay is an option. An on-site manager keeps things running day to day. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, and Rick gets named a lot. People describe him as friendly and professional and say he sorts out questions without a fuss. Several mention how clean the grounds and units stay, which comes up again and again across 324 reviews and a 4.8 rating. One long-time tenant says rate increases have been minimal compared with other companies they have used. A few extras: move-in trucks, dollies and carts, and packing supplies on site. There are also a couple of wheelchair accessible spots. Not every review is glowing, so read through them yourself before you commit.
