About Storage King USA
Storage King USA sits on US Hwy 301 South in Hope Mills. It's a self-storage facility, and the listing also covers vehicle and boat storage, so an RV has a place here. Climate control is one of the features, along with a video recorded security system and alarm monitoring. The reviews are heavy on staff, and 389 of them average 4.9 stars. Lisa comes up by name a lot, and so does Cierra. People describe quick sign-ups, straight answers about unit sizes, and easy swaps when the first unit turned out wrong. One reviewer moved down from a 10x10 to a 5x10 with help from the manager. Not every review is glowing. One long-term customer said the rent went up every couple of months and felt the increases ran past nearby rates for a 10x20. Worth reading the full reviews before you sign. Online payments, dollies and moving carts, and packing supplies are on the services list. The office keeps hours rather than staying open around the clock.
