About Storage King USA
Storage King USA sits in New Caney, Texas, and has been renting units since 2003. The facility offers a range of unit sizes, including climate-controlled options. Services include dollies and moving carts, alarm monitoring, and move-in trucks, with packing supplies available on site. You can rent online and pay online. The manager gets called out by name for patience and help with unit selection. Others note clear pricing at sign-up. Not every review is positive. Some customers mention a pest issue, and others say the insurance requirement caught them off guard. A few complain about phone calls continuing after they asked them to stop.
