About Storage King USA
Storage King USA runs a self storage site on Lettau Ave in Seguin, and RV and camper owners have used it for parking. One reviewer reserved a spot for a Sprinter camper and called out the cement parking, camera coverage across the property, and the monthly rate. The facility has a fenced layout with security cameras and climate controlled units among the options. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, Rose in particular, for being polite and walking people through unit sizes and terms. A long-time renter said the fenced security kept things problem free and that their climate controlled unit protected their belongings. Others describe the property as clean with no trash around. Not every review is positive. One person reported rodent droppings and damage to stored items, and another complained about repeated rate increases over two years. The site offers online payments and sells packing and moving supplies. It's a self storage facility rather than an RV-only lot, so ask what's open for rigs.
