About Storage King USA
Storage King USA sits on Apalachee Parkway in Tallahassee. It's a self-storage facility with gated access and cameras, and the company has been around since 2003. The site handles household goods, business inventory, and seasonal items, and the office sells packing and moving supplies if you need boxes on moving day. Reviewers often mention Mr. Ray and the staff by name. One person said Tasha and Mr. Ray set everything up smoothly, and another called the office crew a pleasure to deal with. Several reviews describe the rental process as quick and easy, with keypad access to units. Not every review is warm. Some renters complain about insurance being added when you book online unless you show proof of your own coverage. A few mention rent increases that felt steep, and one person describes a tense exchange at the counter. The overall rating is 4.5 from 253 reviews, so most people land on the positive side.
