About Storage Masters - West Main
Storage Masters on West Main is a family owned, second generation operation, and the reviews suggest that shows in how people get treated. Barb at the front desk comes up again and again. Renters describe her as helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to, and several mention she calls when something comes up. The renting process gets called easy, online and in person. The facility is gated with coded keypad entry, 24-hour cameras and lighted driveways. Reviewers say the units are clean and that they feel safe leaving their belongings, with the gate locked after hours. Raised concrete floors are part of the setup too. Other things people mention: the rates, a free move-in truck, and cookies at the counter. Folks with two units here say they don't worry about them. If you need storage in Decatur, this is a solid place to start.
