About Storage NoMi - Rapid City
Storage NoMi sits on Rapid City Road at the south end of the Chain of Lakes in Kalkaska County. That puts it minutes from the Torch River, Lake Skegemog, and the south end of Torch Lake. Folks from Rapid City, Alden, Kalkaska, Bellaire, Mancelona, Williamsburg, and Elk Rapids use it, and it is a short drive from Acme and the East Bay side of Traverse City. Units range in size, and the smaller ones work well for seasonal gear, tools, kayaks and paddleboards, business inventory, or household overflow during a move or remodel. There is drive-up access, leases run month to month, and you can get in any time, day or night. Reviewers give it 4.8 stars across 8 Google reviews, and the themes repeat. People call the owners friendly, professional, and quick to return calls. One reviewer said the rate beat everything else in town. Another had a plowing complaint that got a personal call and an apology, plus a break on the bill. It reads like a place that answers the phone.
