About Storage Plus West
Storage Plus West sits on the west side of Decatur, an easy in and out spot whether you live in town or out in the country. The place handles more than household goods. You can park an RV or a boat here, and indoor units come up in what renters say. One reviewer with a big indoor unit called it neat and tidy from day one. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People describe them as kind, professional, and quick to sort out storage and parking needs. Several mention staying for years and moving between units within the network. Gated entry, 24-hour access, cameras, and bright lights come up as reasons people feel secure. U-Haul rentals and moving supplies are on site too. Not every review is glowing. One long-term renter found rodent damage to stored belongings and was unhappy with the response. Worth knowing before you sign.
