About Storage Sense - Jackson
Storage Sense on S. Meridian Road handles both indoor units and outdoor parking for RVs and boats, so bigger rigs have a place to sit. The lot is fenced and well-lit, and renters get 24-hour access. Reviewers mention that access a lot, especially people working odd shifts. Inside, the climate-controlled units come up often in reviews. People call the place clean and secure, and several say the pricing worked for them in a part of Michigan where indoor climate-controlled options are thin. Online rental and paperwork get a few mentions too. Not everything is perfect. A couple of reviewers say a large door has been broken, and others note motion-activated lights inside that don't always come on. One renter had an after-hours door problem and said the manager responded. Staff get named in reviews for being helpful at move-in.
