About Storage Sense - Jackson
Storage Sense on West Michigan Avenue in Jackson handles more than household goods. There are outdoor spots for RVs and boats, alongside interior temperature-controlled units and large drive-up storage. The lot is lit, which matters if you're dropping the rig off after dark. The reviews lean heavily on the people. Staff get called polite and knowledgeable over and over, and more than one renter mentions how quick and easy the rental process was. Reviewers also describe clean units and a secure facility. A few note a free lock and convenient hours. A couple of others mention trouble getting a refund after moving out early, so read the paperwork on that. The property is veteran-owned and women-owned, with a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. It's a self-storage facility, not a 24/7 lot, so check the office hours before you haul anything over.
